📦 Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. If this applies, you’ll receive an update via email.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

We ship domestically within the U.S. and offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days) – $6.95 or Free on orders over $100

• Express Shipping (1–5 Business Days) – $19.99

All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed once your package ships.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

🔒 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once your order is shipped, tracking is provided for your convenience.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
