Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for non-custom, unworn, and undamaged items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and certificates (if applicable).

  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.Customer must provide proof of defectiveness including videos/photos and must shipped the item back 3-5 business days after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at  support@thenextlvl.store with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a full refund, repair, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please follow the same process as outlined for refunds.
